South African Steinway Artist Charl du Plessis performs Variation 18 from Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. One of the most celebrated variations from the work, this piece is known for its lyricism and romantic character. Charl collaborates with dancers Monike Cristina and Revil Yon from Joburg Ballet, this performance blends expressive piano with contemporary ballet. Conducted by Chad Hendricks with the Phoenix Co. Orchestra at Country Club Johannesburg in 2026.
