Hello everyone!

I am back this week and going for a PB at Burgess Parkrun.

Feeling fit 2 weeks out from Newport Marathon 2025, it was last chance saloon as getting a 5K PB for a little while...

All was going relatively well until my phone dropped out the bottom of my shorts... I was so in the zone pushing that I ended up just leaving it!
