Similar to the first trial, just keep attacking and reapplying the knife debuff as long as you can and nudge to the side a bit to dodge the Lemurian's attacks. Do not move away from the Lemurian too much otherwise he'll summon more mobs.
Completing this trial unlocks Combat Knife, an alternate secondary skill for Commando.
