Ridiculous Tethered Cap Hack + DIY Paracord Bottle Carrier!
In the first part of this tutorial, I bring you a fun and lighthearted look at how to (NOT) use the new tethered cap on bottles. A bit of humor never hurts!
Of course, you won’t actually use this ridiculous method. If the cap stays attached, there’s a higher chance of properly managing plastic waste.
But in the second part, we get serious with a genuinely useful paracord bottle carrier system. I'll show you the best knot to securely grip your bottle just below the raised plastic lip.
Since 2024, EU law requires plastic bottles to have tethered caps — caps that stay attached after opening.
This helps reduce plastic litter and improves recycling.
I’ll be using the Scaffold Knot, and I’ll demonstrate how to tie it in two different ways for maximum security and style!
