RECIPE, for those of you who didn’t take notes during this video. LAME.

Pre-heat oven to 350

Put 1.5 lbs drained Ricotta in a mixer
Add 5 Eggs, one at a time
Mix together
Add 3/4 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Stir in 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Put pie in 350 oven for 45 Minutes

Place cooked pie in fridge to chill

Slice and enjoy with friends or eat it alone so you don’t have to share.
