I'm challenging myself in 2016 to make a new video each month. I'm doing this because 2015 was a really bad year. I had some good parts of course but sometime early March I fell into a really deep depression. I tried to hide it, I think I did at least but all the while I just felt drained. I hit a breaking point about a week ago and finally admitted out loud to people around me that I wasn't happy, that I was numbing myself and that I was trying to be the person they all thought I was. It was exhausting. I finally admitted out loud that I was scared of my own self. I'm happy to report that since admitting to my friends and family that something was wrong I've felt a lot better. It's as if this wasn't entirely my burden to share. This video was very therapeutic for me to make and I hope you all enjoy. Thank you
