Rhythm Doctor is currently in early access and doesn't have a boss level for Act 4. In fact it's been several years since any sort of new boss level was revealed. So I decided to redesign Paper Dolls (an already train themed custom level) as the boss for Act 4 (the train act). The gameplay remains unchanged but the dialogue, visuals, and even cueing has been redone to more closely match the style of official RD levels. Very fun to make! Insert lockstep joke.
