some more random GD modding, messing around with the shop + unlock systems

basically: geometry dash has a bunch of "icon types" (cube, ship, ball, death effect, ship fire, etc) and one of them is "item" which controls all of the misc items you can collect in the game. so i put them all in the shop to see what would happen
