A flash back to October 2022, when I released my second video to YouTube about the Rio Grande Plan! Many details have changed in the 3 years since this video was originally published, but the core concept is the same: route trains into their own grade-sparated corridor, rebuild our city in the vacated land, reconnect the east and west sides of our city, and restore rail service to the remarkable Rio Grande Depot.

Special thanks to Fred Jenny who adapted the ten points into YouTube Shorts. Keep up the good work, Fred!

![Good for Cars: The Rio Grande Plans Better Freeway Ramps for Downtown!
Too often, public transit projects can be viewed as taking away funding and opportunities from car drivers. In some cases that may even be true - but not for the Rio Grande Plan! In addition to a better central train station for Salt Lake City, the Rio Grande Plan offers to reorganize the mess of freeway ramps and bridges on the west side of downtown, making driving easier to navigate, safer to travel on, more accessible for local residents, and free of railroad crossings!
If you support the Rio Grande Plan, please share this video with your car-driving friends, neighbors, family members, and legislators! Let them know that you support better transit AND better roadways for our great state of Utah!
