The figure below shows the front end of a communication receiver. A 900MHz signal with amplitude –80dBm is applied to the input.
Calculate the amplitude and frequency of the IF signal.

For the mixer shown above, determine:
a) Conversion loss, C.L
b) RF-IF isolation
c) LO-IF isolation

A mixer has the characteristics shown:
Determine:
 
a) Input 3rd order intercept point
b) Input 1dB compression point
c) Conversion Loss
d) Dynamic Range (DR)

A passive mixer ZFY-1 and its operating conditions are shown in Figure below. With the help of the data sheet shown, determine the following:
IF power level.
LO power level at the RF port and IF port.
