Have you see any of these faces? Men accused of being killers, gangsters, gun runners, drug traffickers, and other nasty crimes are in the new top 25 most-wanted list by Canadian police, issued this week by the Bolo Program, backed by rewards for information leading to their capture.
Topping the list is Cristian Adolfo Cuxum, who now has a $250,000 bounty on him, wanted in the brazen murder of 49-year-old referee Edwin Farley Alvarado Quintero, killed during a Toronto soccer game. Number 2 is Rabih Alkhalil, a gangster who escaped from jail in Port Coquitlam, B.C., during his murder trial. He has a $100,000 bounty on him by the program that works with police and Crime Stoppers.
