The Italian Morbidelli brand is back under Chinese ownership and with a new bike which might change the motorcycle world as we know it.

A highly specced 1000cc adventure bike for £7999 (that's right, you heard correctly) must surely have the legacy manufacturers at least a bit itchy, but is it actually any good?

That's the million dollar question and, to find out, we asked veteran road tester Phil West to give one a go.
