Reverse Seared Steak

Instead of the traditional method, where the steak is seared first... Try a Reverse Sear for better results. (Sear your steak after cooking it)

Directions:
Bake 1-1 1/2" seasoned steak, low and slow - 250F for approx. 45 minutes. When internal temperature reaches 125F, rest steak for about 5 minutes. Sear both sides on a Med. High fry surface 1-2 minutes per side for a fabulous Med. Rare Steak. Enjoy!!!

For a Medium steak, bake at 275F until internal temp. reaches 130F Steaks thicker than 1 1/2" thick, require longer baking times.
