This is a live video from the Return of Simple Saffron CD release show at the Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland on 9/16/06. I only recently discovered this VHS tape after talking about this concert with Gary and searching through some unmarked VHS tapes that had apparently been left here by Joey. Joey's dad shot the video. (Thank you!) We wore tuxes and brought a real piano to the venue. The opening acts were Chad Hill (who replaced the band Blazer who canceled that afternoon), the Floorwalkers and Expecting Rain.
