We are going to look at how exactly you should contact support, because oh boy, that is a big issue that keeps popping up all the time. “BUT VERTO osu support is trash”, which can be true, but the way one would go about contacting them definitely has a huge impact on the experience they will get. I will voice some of the shortcomings of the support, but the video will mainly focus on giving guidance on how to conduct communication with them.
