"How to fix pp rankings" is obviously a bit of an exaggeration - but think about it: disabling pp from the most notirous pp maps would have close to no negative effect on the game. It would discourage pushing worse and worse pp maps in ranked which would become obligatory to play if you want to stay competitive. No matter how you look at it, osu! has a dedicated competitive playerbase and a lot of bigger content creators, like WhiteCat, FlyingTuna or even BeasttrollMC to some extent base their play session around the that aspect of the game. Tho ye this is just for fun, I don't expect this to make it into the game in any form lol
