What does solidarity actually require of us?
Join us for an online conversation presented in partnership with artEquity, bringing together leaders from national arts service organizations to explore what it means to build and sustain solidarity across communities.
As our communities continue to face attacks through harmful policies, systemic inequities, anti-immigrant legislation, racism, and other forms of oppression, solidarity cannot remain an aspiration—it must become a practice. This conversation will examine how we build trust across difference, navigate historical tensions, hold ourselves accountable when we make mistakes, and move beyond performative allyship toward collective action.
Together, panelists will reflect on the challenges and possibilities of coalition building, share moments when solidarity has transformed their work, and explore what our communities need from one another to not only survive, but thrive.
