Here is my first official RE9 run!
I accidentally set the autosplitter to split at the wrong time, so I tried to add the missing time. I believe it's a sub 2 though.

Let's get some things out of the way, for those who'd like to understand how the run works:
I messed up the categories on livesplit, but that part isn't a big deal.
- No Intro:
There are 2 categories. Full Game and No Intro.
Full Game is the base game, and No Intro skips the intro, since it is boring and you basically do nothing. No Intro also allows you to skip the entire orphanage segment, where you play as Chloe (since that is also a part where you're doing basically nothing). And fun fact, I believe I was the first to suggest this to be a category lmao
- NIA:
NIA stands for No Infinite Ammo, as that is one of the most op cheats.
Most of the other cheats are allowed, but infinite ammo changes too much of the game, as everything can be blasted with the Requiem.
- NG+:
New Game+ doesn't actually exist in the same way other games do, but it allows you to buy all weapons and equipment from any box, and there is more boxes to buy from.
Additionally, you are allowed to (optionally) start with a lighter and bottle as Grace, and can start with the 5000 and 3000 point bands as Leon.
The NG+ categories also only allow you to do Casual and Insanity mode. I'm not built for Insanity mode, so I'm doing Casual. I'm not sorry.
- PC
As for playing on PC, there are a couple of mods that are allowed.
As established, there is a mod to skip the orphanage. Additionally, there's a mod to adjust FOV, which is why some things might look strange. After doing this run, a lot of aiming sections look really weird, so I'm no longer using this one.
On top of this, I am using an Indonesian mod, which I don't think is approved, so there's a good chance this run is voided for using a mod that adds an unsupported language.
And I'm using a heavy amount of aim assist, which is also aimbot at this point, but that part is vanilla.

As for the run itself:
I was way too careful, and I did not have a good game plan set up. I wanted to play extremely safe, and picked up more than enough healing items for both characters, and too much ammo as Grace.
I was also way too worried about inventory space as Grace, when I didn't need to be. I was fine, and most space was taken up by said healing items/ I believe most runs only need 1 pouch, but I should settle with 2 (at most).
Other than Chunk skip, and a bunch of general unoptimal moments, I'd say this was a decent run overall.
Only part that sucks is the fight against Victor. I don't know how/if I can bait his rocket launcher attack in phase 1, but I really wanted that rocket launcher to make phase 2 instantly end.
