I figured out how to do this the fastest way as of right now. This method allows you to get 2 power source cylinders in 1 "down" cycle. Basically what this means is that you only kill the blobs or whatever twice rather than three times in order to get the railgun charged up.
The most critical thing is to utilize your dash when going to the power sources. I didn't use it as much in this vid but you get the idea.
