In this video, all lickers and female zombies have been replaced with Mr.X. Unfortunately swapping all zombies to Mr.X makes getting keys impossible since they drop from the backpack mobs.

It took me a long time to actually complete this run. If you don't already know, I make mods and I add them to the game to make the game even more challenging. Recently I completed a full hardcore run with invisible enemies in ~1 hour, 30 mins.
