So this is a combination of the Danger Challenge and No Item Box challenge.
Seems like a sub 1:30:00 is possible, given the further optimizations that can happen.
And for the pedantic folks out there, yes I do take damage in the beginning since I need to go to the Danger State. The run technically starts from there.
