this video shows me when i heard a cat's sound from a water drainage and when i opened the cap, there is a trapped cat, clearly she must have fallen from the water pipe on the roof, so I waited until she stuck her head out then after that pulled her out gently and slowly to not hurt her if there was sharp edges around, the next clips you will see that she got better and went from stray to an adopted kitten now.
