This is my latest design for Simpson. The production model shouldn't change much from this. My computer lost power during the render so it is missing some footage but this will give you an idea. I left off the driving strings because i couldn't figure out how to make and render them. You can see the pulleys at the end of the arms if you want an idea of how the string will get routed.
Simpson is a new type of delta robot.
