PET‑CF is one of the most capable engineering filaments — with a tensile strength of 100 MPa, excellent dimensional stability, and easy printability. At just $35 per kilogram, it’s also cost‑effective. In this video, I’ll walk through the full workflow: 3D scanning, CAD reverse engineering, stress analysis, printing, and load testing — to see if a PET‑CF print can truly replace an injection‑molded part.
