In this video, I review SHARE PointClouds Studio v2.4 with its new 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) capability. I compare results from the SHARE S20, SHARE C1, FJD Trion P2 with Insta360 X5, and 3DMakerPro Eagle to see which delivers the sharpest point clouds and best image quality. While 3DGS isn’t part of my workflow, this test highlights how lighting, camera quality, and processing affect reconstruction performance. Watch to find out why the SHARE S20 still leads the pack.
