Connectors are a major problem on old pinball machines so here I describe in painful detail how to properly repair them. Check the rest of the description for part numbers. These can be purchased from Pinball Life, Marco Specialties, Pinball Resource, Digikey, Mouser, Newark Electronics and in many other locations, I'm sure.

Today we're discussing pinball connectors and the parts & tools required to repair or replace them. Connectors are, without question, the #1 issue with solid state pinball machines. Even alkaline damage is LESS of an issue than pinball connectors!
Part number reference:
- .100" header strips, 36-position. Molex #22-28-4361
- .100" terminals – Molex #08-52-0123
- .100" connector housings - Getting harder to find. Marcospec.com sells them in 25-position size. Molex #22-01-2251
- .156” trifurcon terminals – 18-20 awg – Molex #08-52-0113
- .156” trifurcon terminals – 22-26 awg – Molex #08-52-0125
- .156 non-trifurcon terminals – 22-26 awg – Molex #05-50-0134
- .156 non-trifurcon terminals – 18-20 awg – Molex #08-52-0072
- .156" Keying plugs – Molex #15-04-0219
- .156" housing, 24-position. Molex #26-03-4241
