WHAT IS DISCUSSED IN THIS VIDEO
Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) is one of the most common causes of dry eye. One of the most common at home dry eye treatments is a warm compress and eyelid massage. Renpho (and other brands) combine these into one mask plus some relaxation settings. The question: is the heat and eyelid massage effective enough to help with dry eyes? Warm compresses need to keep heat at a temp between 40-45 deggres Celsius for 15 minutes, and the eyelid massage should be very gentle to avoid additional eye problems.
