Progress update! Progress on porting the mod has been really smooth (and quick)! I started by fixing up the stuff that was still unfinished (main menu, freeplay menu touch-up, re-added sound test, and updated options, added credits menu, fixed popup score location stuff) and then added my own updates (letterbox, compact HUD, lane transparency, hscript support).
I also completely updated the chart editor and overhauled how events are handled (to be more like modern psych engine. Speeds up the porting process a LOT because the json actually loads the events instead of doing nothing).
Now, I have moved on to porting charts (final stage of porting). This is the first (and currently only) chart that I have ported so far. The source comes with some cool events that I made use of, as well as built-in stages (for more accuracy) and that credits box thing. I think the next update will be on distant reaches because it's getting a sprite overhaul so yeah.
Also I just realized I forgot to update encore bf's icon oof
