This connection is straightforward, but it's a little different than connecting a typical subwoofer, and this video guide shows you how to do it step by step. Your first step is to determine what class of amplifier you have — class D, class AB, etc., because the way you'll make the connection is slightly different for different types of amplifier.
_*Note: REL has changed their recommendation for connecting your Class AB amplifier since we published this video. They now advise grounding an AB amplifier to the receiver chassis.*_
Using the included Neutrik connection cable, you'll connect to the Speakon connector on the REL sub, and then you'll connect the two signal wires and ground wire, with the exact method depending upon which type of amplifier or receiver you're using.
You can, of course, connect to your REL sub using the LFE RCA input, but REL maintains you'll get the best sound and performance using the high-level connection.
