In this event we came together for an immersive online event hosted by Si Bangalore Hub that examined women’s inclusion through the lens of systems thinking. The session uncovered the often unseen narratives and structural factors that influence women’s success in the workplace, in conversation with Namrata Arora ( linkedin.com/in/infinitebeing/)

Through dialogue, storytelling, and collaborative exploration, we examined how systems can unintentionally perpetuate exclusion. We also looked at the interconnected barriers women face across workplaces and society, and what sustainable, systemic inclusion actually requires.

This was not just a conversation about women. It was a conversation about redesigning systems so everyone can thrive.

Participants included leaders, changemakers, educators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and allies, all invited to think deeper, connect broader, and act more intentionally.

Because inclusion is not an initiative — it is a systems transformation.
