If you follow me on Twitter then you probably already know that I think Reign is one of the most interesting and best written villains in the Arrowverse (topped only by Malcolm Merlyn and Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash), and that she has one of the best themes (again, only matched by Malcolm Merlyn's and, you guessed it, Eobard Thawne's). Last season, for the first time since it premiered, Supergirl was the best scored show out of the bunch (not that it's a competition, but it was always fairly bland in comparison to the other shows' scores). Reign's fantastic theme proves it. Perfectly encompassing the Jekyll and Hyde duality between devoted mother, Samantha Arias, and Worldkiller, Reign, this beautiful piece of music uses piano and harp to represent Samantha, brass and percussion for her villainous alter-ego, and strings and vocals all arround to unify both sides of the character (or is it characters? Debate in the comment section).
