Highlights from the Regional Dialogue on Responsible AI in Justice: Opportunities, Risks and Governance Frameworks, convened by UNDP in partnership with the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ) and the Chula AI Centre, with the support of the Government of Japan.
Held in Bangkok, the dialogue brought together judges, policymakers, academics, technology experts, and civil society from across Asia and the Pacific to explore how AI can strengthen justice systems while safeguarding human rights, accountability, and public trust.
The event also marked the launch of two new UNDP regional publications on responsible AI in justice.
