Week #3 Reflective Rolodex Challenge
Welcome to the third week of our Reflective Rolodex Challenge! This week, we’ll explore self-discovery and growth through deep breathing exercises, journaling and meaningful reflection.
In the creative portion of the challenge, we’ll use paper punches and chalk to decorate butterflies for our cards. If you don’t have the same tools, don’t worry—I share alternative methods in the video to ensure everyone can participate.
