Week #15 Reflective Rolodex Challenge
Welcome to the fifteenth week of our Reflective Rolodex Challenge! This week, we're leaning into the joy of being playful. I talk about the importance of letting go, having fun, and giving ourselves permission to create without pressure or rules. Playfulness can be a powerful part of both our creativity and our healing.
In the art portion, we use balls dipped in paint to create a lively, unpredictable mixed media background. It’s messy, fun, and a great reminder that creativity doesn’t always have to be serious to be meaningful.
