Interestingly enough, the lyrics are the same as regular German except for the line at 0:48. They changed "Wer ist diese fremde Frau im Spiegel drin?" (Who is this strange woman inside the mirror?) to "Wer ist diese Fremde dort im Spiegel drin?" (Who is this stranger there in the mirror?)

I pitched it a bit to match the video and because of copyright.
