An example of a refinery/plant to produce and use Refined Fuel.

The concept of refining Coal or Oil into Refined Fuel is not that advanced, but there are several processing steps and it might be confusing if you've never seen it before. In this setup I'll show my test setup where I insert several types of resources in one end and have a fully automated power plant in the other.
I didn't find a good way to combine Liquified Coal and Crude Oil using same machines, that's why I put filters and used dedicated Stills. Using the same input pipe shouldn't be a problem though.
For the power generation part, using Steam seems to be most efficient. The setup can be smaller using Ignition Plugs, but you also get slightly less power output (~6,5%). The control system to turn things off is required in both cases anyway to prevent power leakage.
