Tic pain varies from person to person, as do our tics! Join personal trainer Raquel Cunningham, who also has Tourette Syndrome, as we learn how to make more informed decisions about stretching, exercising, and mobilizing our individual ticcing bodies. We will focus on two areas of the lower body that have the most wide-reaching benefits to reduce pain from motor tics and improve overall movement mechanics. Above all, just remember “LUKE” – LEARN how you UNDERSTAND movement, KEEP going and it will be EFFECTIVE.
