We went to Montpellier, France in December to visit Tiffany Chapon, also known as Turbo Tiff, and see her training in the lead up to SBD Sheffield 2026.
After her first ever loss in Powerlifting at the 2025 IPF World Championships, Tiffany was on the hunt for redemption. Heather Connor beat her with her final deadlift in Germany, but Tiff knew she was capable of more. After three 450kg+ performances, at the World Games, Silent Worker Meet, and French Nationals, Tiff wanted to make up the world record total.
