A Red-eared Slider (Trachemys scripta ssp. elegans) leaves after resting on a Common Snapping Turtle (Chelydra serpentina) in a stream in Houston, TX, USA. The Snapping Turtle responds by going back underwater. It almost seems like the Snapping Turtle enjoyed the other turtle's company and didn't mind serving as a platform for the other turtle to rest on.
