This crazy trick allows us to activate the wall through walls glitch with just the Shockwave, without having to go and get the Red Potion. It currently figures to save about 9 minutes RTA if you happen to be a crazy beast and can pull it off perfectly. It involves 1 frame-perfect window and two 1.5-frame windows at 60fps, there are a couple of ways the game can just crash if you screw it up. I've learned more about this trick and what makes it tick since I recorded this video, but before I do attempts with it I want to do my best to rule out as many RTA-viable ACE possibilities as I can.

And heres the full, hopefully RTA-viable setup. Starts at 2:52 on the left. Saves about 8 minutes. Sub 50 is gonna be tough! Theres potential to save a couple more minutes with a faster setup maybe one you could do somewhere closer to the Shockwave but everything that seemed possible was so much more difficult, RNG-reliant nonsense, and the trick is already plenty difficult enough.
