The Particle 2 is a love letter to granular delay, offering 8 different, but interrelated modes that tie together the far ends of what granular is capable of, from simple delay lines that shuffle from backwards to forwards, subtle or extreme pitch fluctuations and wild falling, rising and scrambled glitchy delay sounds.
As a member of the ambient toolset that I use, the Particle occupies a beautiful middle seat between a standard delay and something far beyond that. As I've used Red Panda pedals more and more, I've really come to appreciate how unlocked, but curated the user experience is. Every parameter is available to you via editor or clever UI manipulation, but for users who just want to cut to the chase and hear some beautiful sounds, the Particle 2 delivers that easily and readily.
