Don't get distracted by masks claiming six, eight, or even nine wavelengths. For skin rejuvenation and anti-aging, red light is what matters most.

If I had to choose just one, it would be around 630–633nm, with 660nm being another excellent option. The good news is that most quality LED masks include one or both of these proven wavelengths.
