If you're buying an LED mask for acne, don't assume all blue light is the same. Most acne research uses blue light around 410–420nm, especially 415nm.

Many masks use 450nm, which isn't as well supported by the research. If acne is your main concern, look for a mask with 415nm blue light. Otherwise, if you don't struggle with acne, you probably don't need blue light at all.
