Some studies have tested red light therapy masks at wavelengths such as 810nm and even 1070nm, yet none have reported facial fat loss.

Another way to think about it is in terms of sunlight. People who spend hours outdoors every day are exposed to large amounts of near-infrared light, including wavelengths between 1000–1100nm, but we don't see evidence that this causes facial fat loss either.
