I just recently finished playing through Red Dead Redemption 2, and I have to say that it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I started my second playthrough the other day and I can't recommend it enough.

Here's my cover of "See the Fire in Your Eyes", the theme that plays as you traverse the mountains at the start of the game. I absolutely fell in love with this song the moment I heard it, and hearing it again during the credits was the icing on top. Hopefully you'll enjoy my take on it.
