Here we are, the last day of 2016, and my last cover for this year. My experience with the F-Zero series comes only from F-Zero X, so I never heard any of the songs from the first game growing up. I recently bought and listened to The OneUps Part 7 album, and they have covers of Port Town and Silence that got me interested in F-Zero's soundtrack. I listened to it, and picked out Red Canyon for a Sega Genesis style, and here it is!

This one was a blast to make! The original didn't have a whole lot going on, so it was pretty easy to sequence overall. Shout out to my cousin for the idea of adding in the vocal bits! For the YOU GOT BOOST POWER bit, I actually went in and de-sampled it to sound more appropriate for the Genesis. Let me know what you think, by leaving a comment and a like.
