Here are two ways to activate the last 30 seond recording from GameBar. One is if you are using the Ally as a controller. The other is if you are using a controller like mine. You'll have to adust according if you are using anything else.

Here is the script contents:

F12:: {
Send "{LWin down}"
Send "{Alt down}"
Send "g"
Send "{Alt up}"
Send "{LWin up}"
}

Make sure you indent all of the "Send" lines.
