This week we narrowly missed a windstorm before planting out the Farm Wall at the Laramie Travel Inn.

Our crops in this Farm Wall include chocolate mint, Red Rubin Basil, nasturtium, and lettuce. The basil required some pruning. By taking the top of the plant off, we direct the growth to the side branches. This will allow the plant to grow bushier, grow more, and look better!

We also directed the mint upwards to grow back into the media so that it will grow out full and look neat.

We built this Farm Wall on the existing sign rather than bolting the brackets into a brick wall. The custom frame is sturdy, and we don't have to deal with crumbling brick which can be a problem on very old buildings.

Next time, we'll see the installs at Coffey Engineering.
