To unlock the Secret Ending in Reanimal you must find all 5 Coffins. This unlocks the Friends Reunited trophy / achievement.

You have to find all 5 coffins in a single playthrough. Then just finish the story (finish Chapter 9). It won't work through chapter select. If you missed a coffin, do another playthrough, the game can be finished in under 2 hours.
