To unlock the secret ending in Reanimal you need to find 5 Coffins hidden in the game world. Finding all of the coffins in a single playthrough will unlock the Secret Ending. You need to get all of the Coffins in a single playthrough, if you miss one you'll need to do another playthrough as you cannot chapter select to get it. Unlocking the Secret Ending will reward you with the "Friends Reunited" trophy / achievement.
